Our parts are aftermarket performance products designed exclusively for off-road use, such as track applications. Any installed components must not be used on public roads. Unless otherwise specified, please refer to the Service Manual or this source for the correct torque specifications.

Pole 2 Flag Racing LLC and www.pole2flagracing.com bear no liability, whether express or implied, for any mechanical, electrical, or other failures resulting from the use of aftermarket performance products. Products designated for off-road use only may be illegal in various states within the USA and other regions. These components are strictly for racing vehicles and must never be used on public roads. It is the customer’s responsibility to verify the legality of off-road products in their respective state or country.

By purchasing any aftermarket performance product, the customer accepts full responsibility for its use or misuse and agrees that Pole 2 Flag Racing LLC and www.pole2flagracing.com are not liable for any legal or other consequences arising from such use.

Ordering Parts

Return Policy

 

• No refunds on special-ordered, custom-built, or built-to-order items. If you have any questions about this policy and its applicability to a product, please inquire before making a purchase.

• Most of our parts are special order, racing parts, for off-road use only, custom-built, or bespoke items, unless otherwise noted.

• Deposits on built-to-order or custom-made products are non-refundable.

• Returns are only accepted if the incorrect product was shipped. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required—please email us at info@pole2flagracing.com to request one.

• Non-returnable items include:

  • Previously installed, opened, painted, scratched, or damaged items.

  • Items on sale, clearance, or used products.

Payment Methods

We offer several payment methods for your convenience:

• Most Efficient and Economical: Bank-to-bank transfer (NO FEE)

• Credit Card via PayPal: Add 5% fee

• Personal Check via Mail: Parts will not ship until the check clears

• Bank Money Order via Mail

Note on PayPal's Currency Conversion and Check Policies:
If the transaction involves currency conversion, PayPal will complete it at a retail foreign exchange rate, adjusted regularly based on market conditions. This exchange rate includes a spread above the wholesale exchange rate at which PayPal obtains foreign currency, and the spread is retained by PayPal. The exchange rate applied to your multi-currency transaction will be shown at the time of the transaction.

Important Notice for International Customers:
All checks drawn on foreign banks, even those marked as "USD" or "US Dollar" accounts, are sent "for collection" by our bank. This process typically takes three weeks and incurs a $15.00 fee, which we are unwilling to cover. We suggest alternatives such as paying the fee and waiting for the bank to credit us before shipment.

For Canadian customers, a Canadian Postal Money Order is a better option as the USPS will cash it. If you have a US-based bank account, that is acceptable as well.

 

Otherwise, we recommend using one of the following payment methods:

• Canadian Postal Money Order in USD

Shipping​

​

• USPS Priority Mail:
  In most cases, if a shipping price is listed online for your item, it will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail. This is our standard shipping method for smaller items and boxed shipments unless otherwise requested. For heavy or oversized items, UPS may be used based on weight and dimensions.

• Expedited Shipping:
  If you require faster shipping than our default method, please contact us, and we will explore available options. Please note that we are not responsible for loss or damage incurred during transit, as these issues fall under the carrier’s responsibility. All UPS shipments include full insurance coverage. Express Mail shipments include $100.00 of default insurance. International customers who wish to minimize import tax obligations may choose to maintain this level of coverage.

• International Shipping:
  We are pleased to serve customers worldwide. For international shipping quotes, please contact us via email. Additional processing time may be required for export documentation due to the specific requirements of international shipping.

• Damaged Shipments:
  If your package arrives in visibly damaged condition, we recommend inspecting its contents in the presence of the delivery driver. Ensure that any missing or damaged items are documented by the driver. If possible, take photographs of the package before opening it.

• Freight Exports:
  For international freight shipments, we offer two service options:

• Door-to-Door (Business Destinations Only): Includes shipping, customs clearance, processing fees, and delivery charges to the destination. Customs duties imposed by the recipient’s country are not included.

• Door-to-Airport: Covers shipping costs only. Customs clearance, processing fees, delivery to the final destination, and any applicable customs duties are the responsibility of the recipient.
